The goat is the ultimate example of the persistent trickster spirit. A creature who is always exploring, he’s sure-footed while being constantly in a state of play and tomfoolery. 

The trickster’s role is to break the rules of society or nature, to create new pathways and ultimately positive effects. While we often view them as goofy or sometimes even malicious, their role is to perform an important cultural task. 

The trickster encourages us to question, rather than accepting things blindly. He pokes fun at the outdated models, rebels against unjust authority, and plays with the laws of the universe to create something new. 

The trickster is a joker, a storyteller, a bringer of truth, and a creator. He keeps his footing sure while exploring pathways no one else would dare tread.

This sculpture is a life-sized goat skull with a real inset Tibetan goat horn. Smoky quartz pieces surround the horns on the upper part of the sculpture. It can be wall-mounted or sit on a surface.
