The snake is an incredible reminder of transformation. As it gets bigger it outgrows its skin, which becomes tight and uncomfortable. The snake begins to rub itself on its environment until it breaks through the old skin and sheds it entirely. 

The snake sheds its skin many, many times throughout its life. It never stops growing which reminds us that we don’t either. Like the snake, we constantly grow and expand until we become “too big” for our surroundings. With each new iteration, we too will need to molt and let go of things that don’t serve us, so that we can break through to our highest form.
